Songs
Side One
1) Ain't It Good;
2) Lord Lift Us Higher;
3) God Hears Prayer;
4) Jesus Savior;
Side Two
1) Nothing Is Too Hard;
2) He's My Friend;
3) We Ain't What We Were;
4) God Hears Prayer Reprise;
My friend Candy originally recorded this album for Faith Productions from Birmingham, Alabama, this album was then reissued by the larger regional label Prestige Records of Birmingham, Alabama before Candy signed to Malaco records for a wider audience. The issues on Faith and Prestige have identical covers, yet that cover is different to the Malaco cover; i've attached both the Malaco and the Prestige covers above. The Malaco issue is the third issue of this album; however; the songs on all three releases are identical. Candy subsequently signed up with Malaco records and the album was reissued and pressed for a wider market as the first of her four official Malaco albums; Candy's most famous album and song is "Better Than Blessed". Candy never recorded her 5th allocated Malaco release number 4444. Candy later sang with The Women Of Worship. Unfortunately Candy passed away in 2005 aged 66 years- way too young for such a talented and dedicated woman of God, wife, mother and good friend.
