COLD WAVE RECORDS
Cold Wave Records was a Los Angeles, California black owned record label owed by Tony Dennard, president and producer of the label. The label was originally located at P O Box 6127, Beverley Hills for LP 7001; then moved to 2511 West 118th Place, Inglewood, Ca, 90303 and by release number 7008 had moved to 2682 W. Imperial Hwy, Suite 367, Inglewood, California, 90303.
The Label released a limited number of mostly gospel LP's and then CD's from 1983 and continued through until at least 1994. By 1990 the label was also known as Coldwave Records / Dennard Records. Cold Wave was another of the rare black owned California gospel labels.
Tony Dennard eventually launched Dennard Records in 1991; I only know of one LP on that label, which is by Rose Oliver listed below the Coldwave records.
